Finding Friendship: Blossoms- Social Skills and Emotional Regulation Group- Ages 6-7
Finding Friendship: Blossoms is the advanced version of our neurodiversity affirming social skills group designed to help children develop and enhance their social abilities in a supportive and structured environment. We serve a diverse population of students, including neurotypical and neurodiverse profiles such as ADHD and ASD, with low support needs. A strength of our group is our attention to the individual interests and growth areas of the children enrolled in each group to bring the learning material to life. Our integrative curriculum pulls from popular socioemotional learning curriculums, with creative week-to-week adjustments to meet participants where they are in their socioemotional development. The primary goals of this group for 5 to 7-year-olds are to enhance social communication, build peer relationships, boost confidence, and promote emotional regulation.
Finding Friendship: Little Seeds- Social Skills and Emotional Regulation Group- Ages 4-5
Finding Friendship: Little Seeds is a neurodiversity affirming social skills group designed to support children’s foundational social and emotion regulation skills in a supportive and structured environment. We serve a diverse population of students, including neurotypical and neurodiverse profiles such as ADHD and ASD, with low support needs. A strength of our group is our attention to the individual interests and growth areas of the children enrolled in each group to bring the learning material to life. At the little seeds level, this group is heavily play-based and focused on supporting children with skills as they naturally emerge during play. Our integrative curriculum pulls from popular socioemotional learning curriculums, with creative week-to-week adjustments to meet participants where they are in their socio-emotional development. The primary goal of this group for 4 and 5-year-olds is to foster positive social interactions, communication, and emotional regulation, and will focus on building foundational social skills to contribute to overall social and emotional development.
Finding Friendship: Sprouts- Social Skills and Emotional Regulation Group- Ages 5-7
Finding Friendship: Sprouts is the moderate version of our neurodiversity affirming social skills group designed to help children develop and enhance their social abilities in a supportive and structured environment. We serve a diverse population of students, including neurotypical and neurodiverse profiles such as ADHD and ASD with low support needs. A strength of our group is our attention to the individual interests and growth areas of the children enrolled in each group to bring the learning material to life. Our integrative curriculum pulls from popular socioemotional learning curriculums, with creative week-to-week adjustments to meet participants where they are in their socio-emotional development. The primary goals of this group for 5 to 7-year-olds are to enhance social communication, build peer relationships, boost confidence, and promote emotional regulation.
Fierce Friends: Building Strong, Balanced Friendships- Ages 8-11
Fierce Friends is a supportive group designed for preteens, aimed at helping them navigate the often complex and emotional world of friendships during pre-adolescence. The program focuses on teaching kids how to be less anxious and possessive about their friendships, fostering a healthier and more balanced approach to social relationships. Through guided discussions and activities, Fierce Friends provides a safe and open space for kids to talk about the challenges they face, including conflicts, misunderstandings, and feelings of insecurity that naturally arise during this stage of life.
Fierce Friends will provide participants with valuable tools to navigate this pivotal stage with more ease and emotional clarity.
Friendship Forgers - Ages 9-13
The group will cover many social skills topics appropriate for female, male, and non-binary students. We will incorporate games, role plays, and other fun activities to help your child practice a range of skills: listening and reciprocal conversation skills, perspective-taking and showing empathy, self-advocacy, conflict resolution, identifying feelings, managing strong emotions, and more.
Kindergarten Friends - Ages 4-5
Kindergarten Friends is a neurodiversity-affirming social skills group designed to support children’s Kindergarten readiness by building fundamental social and emotion regulation skills in a supportive and structured environment. We serve a diverse population of students, including neurotypical and neurodiverse profiles such as ADHD and ASD, with low support needs. A strength of our group is our attention to the individual interests and growth areas of the children enrolled in each group to bring the learning material to life. Our integrative curriculum pulls from popular socioemotional learning curriculums, with creative week-to-week adjustments to meet participants where they are in their socio-emotional development. The primary goal of this group for 4 and 5-year-olds is to practice identifying and adjusting to the social norms of a Kindergarten classroom. This group will foster positive social interactions, communication, and emotional regulation and will focus on building foundational social skills to contribute to overall social and emotional development.

Managing Big Emotions
Managing Big Emotions is a group designed for 7 and 8-year-olds to gain awareness about how our emotions impact us and how to deal with big emotions. At this age, children are beginning to experience a wide range of emotions while also learning how to express and articulate their emotions to others. This group will help provide the language to share their feelings and learn healthy coping strategies.

The group will incorporate games, art projects, and other activities to help your child learn and practice a range of skills: listening and reciprocal conversation skills, perspective-taking and showing empathy, self-advocacy, conflict resolution, identifying feelings, managing strong emotions, and more.

PEERS® for Adolescents
PEERS® for Adolescents is a 14-week evidence-based social skills intervention for motivated teens in middle and high school who are interested in learning new ways of making and keeping friends. This internationally acclaimed program, used in over 35 countries, was originally developed at UCLA by Dr. Elizabeth Laugeson. During each group session, teens are taught important social skills and are given the opportunity to practice these skills in session during socialization activities. Parents attend separate sessions and are taught how to assist their teens in making and keeping friends by helping to expand their teen’s social network and providing feedback through coaching during weekly socialization homework assignments. PEERS® may be appropriate for teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, or other social and behavioral disorders. Parent participation is required.

Friendship Farm: A Social Skills Group
Is your child struggling with the basic foundational skills of making friends? Play and art-based social skills group will focus on providing them with instruction on the building blocks of friendship. In this group, children will be able to learn about and practice the communication, engagement, regulation, and interpersonal skills that are needed to form meaningful relationships with peers. This group is farm themed, so each session, your child will be introduced to an animal that teaches them about a new helpful skill.
