Helping Students Thrive
At Morrissey-Compton, we provide a variety of services to promote student success in school and beyond.

What is Morrissey Compton?
Morrissey Compton is a non-profit organization that empowers individuals at any age with learning differences and social/emotional challenges. Morrissey Compton is dedicated to taking challenges and turning them into triumphs.
How we help
Support services, testing, and diagnostics for a variety of needs

Educational Advocacy
Working with parents and students to ensure the active support and promotion of a student's educational rights, needs, and access to proper resources within a school system.

Testing & Diagnostics
We provide testing (assessments) to understand individuals’ strengths and weaknesses and possible diagnoses. These assessments provide an understanding of the source of their challenges and identify potential supports to promote their successful functioning.

Educational Support
We provide a variety of services to promote a student’s successful performance in school through consultations, educational therapy, and executive function coaching.

Mental Health Support
We provide comprehensive mental health support including individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, parent coaching, and parent education.

Independent Educational Evaluation
Parents have the right to seek an IEE at public expense when they disagree with the results of their child's assessment.
Why choose Morrissey-Compton?
A clear advantage of having your child evaluated at Morrissey Compton is that we can provide team evaluations by two or more specialists, clinical psychologists, educational specialists, and/or speech and language therapists to provide information about your child’s areas of strength and weakness. In contrast to evaluations performed by a solo practitioner, this team approach allows multiple experts to be involved in developing an effective treatment plan.
